Qualifications
Ernest Care Services Director, Ernest Igbinigun holds the following qualifications: MSc, BSc(Hons) Sociology, PG DIP. Education, Cert HE (Social Work), Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (Registered Manager), Level 3 Diploma for the Children and Young People Workforce: Social Care Pathway, Level 2 NVQ in Health and Social Care.
Services
Ernest Care Services will be giving personal care, showing respect, empowering, encouraging service users to do things for themselves and encouraging them in activities, working with a multidisciplinary team.
We will work together to safeguard young and adult people with learning disabilities. We will work with families in creating a family oriented environment that is supportive, so families feel comfortable entering the care setting. We will be working to ensure that the young and adult people with learning disability are monitored and protected. Our staff will be alert to the signs of distress and abuse and take appropriate safeguarding measures.
